By using the services of Service Systems ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
SMS Communications
By opting into SMS communications from Service Systems, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiries, appointments, services, and occasional promotional offers.
- Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP
- After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Services
Service Systems provides Google review automation, reactivation campaign automation, website development, Google Business Profile optimization, SEO, GEO optimization, AI review response, and related marketing automation services for service businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Payment Terms
Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Service Systems or third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content, systems, workflows, automations, and materials created by Service Systems remain the intellectual property of Service Systems unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary systems without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Service Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to our systems and services will be discontinued. Any outstanding fees remain due and payable upon termination.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Walton County, Florida.
